在英国看牙医被坑该如何投诉维权？ | 英国邦利-世界杯正规买球

今天我会在这篇文章给大家介绍我在英国nhs牙科看病治牙的经历，遇到不负责的牙医后我是如何在英国争取自己的权益，以及给大家平时刷牙护牙的建议。

首先先介绍一下英国的nhs：这是英国人民颇为自豪的全民免费医疗服务体系，简单来说，就是看病做手术都不需要花钱。nhs的牙医系统稍微有些不一样，它是由政府补贴一半，居民还是要支付一定费用的，但相对低廉，大概20镑起（180元人民币）。具体请参考如何在英国看牙医一文。

在英国生活的这几年，虽然我大病没生过，但小问题还是有过几次，所以对nhs的诊所还算熟悉。今天和大家分享下我的英国看牙经历，以此奉劝从国内来读书的小伙伴们——如果牙出现较大问题，最好飞回国去看信得过的牙医！或者在国内弄好了再过来！

我从小牙齿就不是很好，因为老爸老妈的牙不是很健壮，所以我的出生配置就比较弱，再加上爱吃甜食的习惯，虽然勤于刷牙，但依然每隔几年就会发现蛀牙。可惜的是，也许是对医院有着本能的抗拒，我每次都是发现问题了才去医院，而每次都“为时已晚……” 

在2017年元旦期间，我发现h&b的零食超级好吃，趁着节日促销买了一大堆香蕉片、葡萄干放在家里，没事就拿出来嚼。结果有一天，我啃香蕉片啃掉了半颗牙！当时我还惊讶是不是香蕉片太硬，我咬得太用力把牙给崩了？ 

空缺了一块牙齿的我，生活极为不便，吃啥塞啥，大冬天的嘴里还漏风……没办法我不得不上网查英国的牙医，然后发现nhs的医生其实不难预约，就在网上把牙医时间预定好了。

看牙医那天，天真的本来打算只是把洞填上的我，被nhs的牙医告知噩耗：我那颗其实是蛀牙，并不是香蕉片太硬，而是牙齿里面早被就蛀空了，所以才碎掉了；更糟糕的消息是，牙医说发现我其实其它地方还有蛀牙，要拍片检查，拍完之后，我的心情down到了谷底——我一共有5颗蛀牙！！！ 

回忆一下，上一次因为蛀牙去国内医院整治已经是2013年年底，3年的时间，我又“成功”将自己的牙齿毁坏了5颗。对自己又气又急的我，后悔怎么不早点注意到这种事。

人可能对害怕的事情有着本能性的抗拒和逃避，也有选择性忘记，所以好了伤疤忘了疼的我，一次又一次地重蹈覆辙。 这一趟来nhs医生只是告诉我结果，要补牙还得再约另一天。这还是挺麻烦的。结果补牙当天，真正“精彩”的情况来啦！

愁眉苦脸像个病怏怏的小兔子似的我，躺在了牙医的病床上，开始打麻药，由于5颗蛀牙分布到我口腔四个角落，牙医迅速地给我打了四针麻药，嘴巴没知觉地时候，医生便开始操刀。令我惊讶的是，补五颗牙齿居然以迅雷不及掩耳般的速度结束了！随着医生轻描淡写的一句“好了”，我看下墙上的钟：才过了20分钟！我问：“怎么这么快？！”牙医颇为自豪地笑笑： “这就是效率啊！” 

我当时心里就在暗想： “哇，英国医生这么厉害呀！” 接下来两年，我都大概每隔3到6个月去这家医院检查牙齿。直到去年十月份，我回国了一趟，因为工作原因，我有国际医疗保险卡，就去上海最好的国际医院之一和睦家医院去检查了牙齿。这一检查重新拍了x光片，从瑞典来的医生告诉我：我前面在英国补的牙齿全部都有问题！要全都钻开重新补！ 全部要重新补！！！要知道，我之前可是有五六颗牙齿（后来又补了一颗）是在英国补的！这也太遭罪了吧！！！ 

和睦家医生说：你的牙齿里面的蛀牙之前根本就没有被清理干净，英国牙医就给你胡乱将材料塞进去了，已经受到了二次感染，里面又开始继续蛀牙了；而且根据x光的照片来看，好些牙齿的补牙材料都修理得很不妥当，有很多填充物是冒出来的，极为容易脱落。英国医生只花了20分钟给你补那么多颗牙，难怪效果这么差了。

因为x光照片看起来比较可怕，我就画图给大家感受一下了。听完之后我很生气，和睦家牙医还说我现在暗灰色的补牙材料是中国九十年代就被淘汰了的，现在中国的都是白色的材料，但当时英国医生说要白色材料的话得300镑补一颗！ 

重新在和睦家口腔医院补好牙后，瑞典医生说我可以拿x光片去和英国的牙科诊所以及协会反应这个事情，因为这也算小型医疗事故了。我就开始写邮件给所去的nhs诊所，以及以下这几个协会反映这个事件（文末我会附上英文投诉文稿，大家可以保存，以备以后投诉用）：

投诉信发出去后，最刚开始，诊所都是说很抱歉，牙医写了一大堆理由，说其实他并没有问题，好几个来回他们都不承认。后来我就发到更多上面的那些协会和机构去申诉，他们介入后，到现在三个月了，终于诊所说他们会退款我所支付的医疗费用。

所以如果你是正在英国读书的学生，若得到了不公正的牙医对待，你都可以将这些情况反映到上面的那些机构。至少还能追回一些损失。但当然，身体受的痛苦可能就没办法了。

但单说牙医这一方面，中国确实要比英国要发达，大家如果有严重的牙齿问题，一定要在国内治好了再来英国！

最后，通过我这些年对牙齿知识的研究还有和牙医们的交谈，有一些建议给中国读者们，关于世界杯正规买球的刷牙和吃东西习惯。如果能纠正的话，我们的牙齿应该会更加健康。 

1. 早晚刷牙只需要在最后时候，把嘴里牙膏吐掉就行，不要用水咕噜。否则牙膏要保护牙齿的物质就会被水冲走了。

2. 每天都要用牙线清洁牙齿（最佳是每餐后），除此之外还可以买一个水牙线，每周清洗一到两次。（推荐 这款）

3. 每半年都要去牙医那里检查牙齿以及洗牙。医生建议八岁后就应该这样。不要等到发生了问题才去看医生！为时已晚！

4. 一定要少吃甜食！sugar is the new fat!！现代对人类身体最不好的就是糖了！果汁奶茶也要少喝，里面成分大多都是糖！甘蔗蜂蜜干果类也得节制～中国售卖的食物包装上都没有糖分的百分比，但国外的都是有的，所以大家自己注意下。 

5. 如果一定要吃饼干这些零食，最好在饭后马上吃，一起跟着饭消化，餐后再用牙线和漱口水漱口。

以下是我的英文投诉邮件，大家有需要可以参考：

hi, 

my name is xxx, and i was a regular patient of yours from 2017 january. i am writing you a complaint letter about dr xxx in xxx dental birmingham. 

dr xxx has done at least 6 teeth fillings for me, and has conducted at least 4-5 regular dental checks, which you can confirm by checking the history in nhs system. but from october i moved to china due to work, and i got checked my teeth in shanghai united family hospital, which is one of shanghai’s best international hospitals. my new dentist dr dee told me the fillings i got from dr xxx were terrible, some of them were not in the right place, some were missing and some fillings were too big and had made my tooth decay worse. so he had to drill all my 6 fillings out, and redo the job for me. 

when i told him dr xxx only took 20 mins to finish my 5 fillings at the first time, my new dentist dr dee said no wonder the result was so rough. ( please check the x-rays i uploaded.) and when dr dee drilled those fillings out, he said dr xxx didn't even clean my teeth enough, just hurried to put filling materials in. so they caused more infection and decay under the fillings. 

dr xxx explained all the teeth decay were developed after his treatment, but during the past two year, i visited him in every 3-6 months, but he never found out any problem and even for the last time in 2018 august, he only took 3 minutes to check my teeth and let me go. but in december, only in 3 months' time, i was checked by dr dee that all my fillings by dr xxx need to take out, and i was suggested to bring this complaint to you about dr xxx's dental skill and attitude. 

the first 4 x-rays are what had done by dr xxx.  the 3 receipts are the fees that shanghai clinic would charge, you can check with what problems dr dee think they are. the last photo is handwriting by dr dee that he thinks where the most serious problems are. 
 

the x rays are proof that xxx's style of completing dental work extremely quickly with little regard for patient safety and the longevity of his work has been assessed and feedback provided to him. i asked him on my repeated visits whether my fillings were still ok and he repeatedly said they were fine. clearly they were not, as they were even starting to fall out by the time i had them checked in shanghai. such a lack of care must be addressed. 

i look forward to hearing your reply regarding this issue. i cannot stress enough how annoyed i am by this issue, and how worried i am about other patients that may also be suffering at the hands of dr xxx. 

i am prepared to take this as far as is necessary in order to ensure accountability is attained and that i receive adequate compensation for the experience you have forced me to endure.

thank you for your recent email.

we are so sorry that this has been going on for so long and understand how frustrating it must be for your especially having to deal with it from abroad.

the practice manager has looked into this and does not believe dr xxx has done anything wrong however as a gesture of goodwill the practice will refund you your money in full.

could you please let us know at your earliest convenience the amount to be refunded so that our figures match what you believe should be returned to you.

if you could also pass on your account details we will process the refund by bacs.
